Dataism, the belief that everything can be captured in data, promising a more transparent, predictable, and analyzable world, is on the rise. However, fundamental questions arise: can all aspects of human existence truly be captured in pure data, or are we too intricate to be reduced to mere algorithms? Why should we transform everything into data? Who gains from shaping the world in such a way?
